The New Ma Bell

I've been keeping my eye on the "New AT&T" which is formerly known as SBC, which is formerly known as Pacific Bell, yeah, a Baby Bell now has the rights to the name of Ma Bell. The "New AT&T" now has it's sights on BellSouth (formerly Southern Bell). If they acquire BellSouth they will have more than half of the old Baby Bells under their belt. The only remaining, would be Verizon and Qwest. I am not very qualified to speculate, but just as an average human looking on I knew this would happen.  Wow, I sound professional. Would Verizon and Qwest return to the fold, I would like to think the FCC would not allow that, plus at the moment, Qwest isn't profitable anyway.

These things do happen, like Viacom, having been part of CBS years ago, only to turn around and Acquire CBS.  CBS is now part of Viacom instead of the other way around. The baby becomming bigger than the parent and then acquiring it's assets, that's all part of life.

Do I sound like some professional anaylist? People tell me, I sound like a lot of things, I could have been an attorney, or a priest, or a stock broker, or whatever.  I stuck with  IT, but I'm not really good at that, atleast not from my perspective. We all have our own walks in life, and one little thing can change everything. Yeah, I saw Butterfly effect the other day, so what. LOL
